By holding fifteen conferences on human resource development in recent years, which attracted the attention of the scientific and managerial community of the country, the Industrial Management Organization with the support of the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran and the cooperation of the Iranian Human Resources Management Association "16th Conference on Human Resources Development" This conference will address the issues and challenges of human resource development in business enterprises, including large, small and medium companies, and special emphasis on innovation, initiative, review. , Evaluates and exchanges domestic and international experiences in the field of human resource development.
During these fifteen conferences on human resource development and twenty-two conferences in the field of learning (pre-conference), thinkers, intellectuals, and experts from inside and outside the country expressed their scientific views and experiences and transferring and disseminating the latest scientific and practical findings from different angles. The analysis of the available information shows that the audience's interest in the subject, especially outside the collection under the auspices of the Development Organization, is increasing dramatically and growing, and this can be attributed to the fact that this organization in addition to success Within the collection, it has also achieved success in fulfilling its national mission.

After holding two conferences on human resource development, the necessity of an independent institution in the field of human resources that is concerned with the development of human resources without dependence was formed, so the "Human Resources Management Association" was established by the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran.
